A Thing of beauty is a joy forever. – John Keats

” A thing of beauty is a joy forever, its loveliness increases , it will never pass into nothingness.” These lines are from the poem “Endymion” written with great felicity by John keats.

The meaning of  these lines is , the thing of beauty  i.e the real beauty is eternal or beautiful  things bring eternity of happiness. If a person experiences something alluring, it remains with him throughout the life.

Keats is one of the greatest admirers of nature. In his poetry, we generally come across extremely beautiful descriptions of nature. In the poem “Endymion” . he describes the beauty of nature. Although, nature is  the most fascinating creation of God, yet there are various other ways to enjoy beauty.

A  beautiful and serene soul shines brighter than anything in a crowd. Beauty lies in the heart of the beholder. Sometimes we are so moved by the internal beauty of someone that we cherish it throughout our life.

The seven wonders of the world are the biggest examples of beauty. They  are tokens of  of  hard work , talent and beauty  that lied in the hands of hundreds and thousands of  workers .

Art is the other name of beauty which is a way to express one’s feelings.  The beauty of art has no limitations  or boundaries.  The emotions and mystical feelings  reflected through  the art is priceless. The art of Leonardo da vinci, Raphael , Picaso etc, are a feast for the eyes . Once experienced and understood clearly, their beauty  gives us joy forever.

The only need is to  find that mere piece of beauty in life. It may be in the night sky, your pet, a baby laughing  or even any mere incident. Just need to discover that little cherry on our cake.
